Frequently asked questions
Do stars expire?
No. Purchased and earned stars stay in your account until you use them.
Do web and app share the same balance?
Yes. Stars belong to your account, so they work everywhere you sign in.
What happens if a try-on fails?
Stars are reserved when you start and only spent when the image is delivered. If the generation fails, they are returned automatically.
